PRODUCT RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Minimum Lead Time: The latest you can book parking is 15 minutes before you need to arrive.
- Maximum Lead Time: The earliest you can book parking is 365 days in advance
Directions:
At Morrison Hotel on the Ormond Quay turn left on to Swifts row, on passing the first set of traffic lights you are now on Jervis Street and will see the entrance to the multi-storey car park on the left hand side. In advance, you can print an overview map and bring it on the trip.
Single Booking Entry details:
Before your trip, the e-mail confirmation with QR code must be printed out, the code enables the system to recognize your order. At the barrier entrance please take a ticket and the barrier will open. You can drive into the car park and park in any free space. Please keep the ticket as you will need it when exiting the car park when you return from your trip. *NOTE: The car park is open for those with pre-booked tickets even if the signs say that the car park is full. Season Tickets Entry details:
Before your trip, the email confirmation must be printed out.
On arrival at the car park barrier entrance, please take a ticket and the barrier will open. You can then drive into the car park and park in any free space. Take your entry ticket and email confirmation and present it to the car park attendant on site, in order to collect the purchased Season ticket from the car park office.
Note* On each arrival after the first visit, you must use the season ticket at the entry barrier to gain access to the car park.

Single Booking Exit details:
Before exiting the car park, please present your parking ticket at the car park office, along with the printed e-mail confirmation with QR code. The Parking Attendant will check your e-mail confirmation and validate your parking ticket. Please insert the parking ticket you received when entering the car park into the ticket slot at the exit barrier. Your ticket will be recognised and returned, take the ticket and the barrier will open so you can exit the parking area. Then just follow the exit signs to leave the car park. *NOTE: If your return is delayed and / or changed, you must check your ticket in the payment machines at the Car Park BEFORE going to your car. Season Tickets Exit details:
On exiting the car park, please use your Season ticket at the exit barrier, The season ticket will be returned to you and on removal of the season ticket from the exit barrier, this will open the barrier to allow you to exit.
Note* You must use the season ticket at the exit barrier on each visit, in order to exit the car park.

Security measures:
The multi-storey car park is manned during operational hours and is under video surveillance. P-INFO is located in the multi-storey car park and the multi-storey car park is patrolled regularly.
